I was very much interested by your message on possibility cryopreservation embryos of fishes. Very important achievement. 
Please, send articles where about it is written in more details. 
In Russia, since 2000,  we  (The senior scientific researcher  of the Petersburg university Margarita Manohina  and I ) also take up the issue cryopreservation of embryos of fishes (model-danio рерио). The few (64) managed to be recovered after defrosting. 
Results, however, while are reproduced very badly, and the main thing, is unpredictable. Rough  cryoinjury  we have learnt assurance reliability not to suppose. Unfortunately, these works are not financed, so we move ahead while with great difficulty. We informed on the researches at several international conferences in Russia and other countries.
