Roy is the current Executive Director of AwF
After nearly dying from eating seafood in the UK in 1971 Roy found himself in the seafood industry the other side of the world in Australia. Roy has a wealth of experience and knowledge on the seafood industry gained from physically engaging in all activities in the post-harvest sector. He believes strongly in the health aspects of eating seafood, industry standards and working globally and he is a social media networker par excellence who has travelled the seafood world extensively. He has recently been voted by his peers onto the World Aquaculture Society board having been the President of the Asian Pacific Chapter.
